An Atlanta MC and producer who broke thanks to a track based on the rideshare economy, MadeinTYO got his name from his teen years, which he spent growing up in Tokyo, Japan. He lived there with his older brother, rapper Rolls Royce Rizzy, and referenced his local train depot with his 2015 instrumental EP Yokosuka Station. That same year, he dropped the single "I Want" via Privateclub Records, while 2016 saw him break nationally with the WEA distributed release "Uber Everywhere."
