Artist Info

A quartet of instrumentalists and vocalists, Sons of Serendip consist of lead vocalist Micah Christian, harpist Mason Morton, cellist/second vocalist Kendall Ramseur, and guitarist/pianist Cordaro Rodriguez. Natives of Massachusetts, Georgia, and North Carolina, they met at Boston University, where they formed, and they gained national attention in 2014 when they competed on America's Got Talent during the competition's ninth season. Reinventions of songs such as Chris Isaak's "Wicked Game," Duran Duran's "Ordinary World," and Evanescence's "Bring Me to Life" gave them a fourth-place finish. Later in the year, they released a version of "O Holy Night," and in early 2015, they followed it with a self-titled studio album that combined new versions of their America's Got Talent favorites with similarly traditional pop-oriented covers.
